What we collect

Account details you provide (business name, email), and the review data we retrieve on your behalf from platforms you connect (Google, Facebook, Yelp) — reviewer display names, ratings, and review text that are already public on those platforms.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: showing your reviews, calculating your Reputation Score, sending the review requests and reports you ask for. We do not sell your data.

Platform data

When you connect a platform, we store an encrypted token to read your reviews. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes our access and stops the sync.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account data at any time by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Deleting your account removes your stored reviews and revokes all platform connections.
